Beautiful
I just received this item. I can't testify to durability yet but I'm tickled pink. It arrived quickly with nice packaging. I ordered Thursday and received it Monday with the least expensive shipping. It is a little bigger than I thought but I'm not complaining. If this one is 33mm including the bezel/crown the other ones I considered (in the 38-42mm range) must be huge. So if weight/size is a problem remember that ceramic can be a bit heavy. Also if you're looking for something small feminine and dainty I'd keep looking. This particular model isn't for you. Personally I like sort of masculine watches for women. This one is so large in fact I initially suspected I may have been sent the men's version by mistake. But I checked out the model numbers and measured it and sure enough it is a women's and the measurements listed are accurate.
The ceramic looks great- very classy and chic. I did notice that the 30 is upside down on this watch but if you look closely its like that in the pictures too and there are several other nice brands like Seiko that do the same thing for some reason. I suspected it could be a fake but investigated enough to reassure myself that is not the case here. I also looked into reviews of the brand on several sites and found nothing but good things. I've only seen one negative review and that was because the person it was gifted to disliked how it looked. Like that's the manufacturer/sellers fault?
I hope it lasts awhile as it is just what I've been wanting for a long time. Most similar ones that I've seen were way too rich for my blood. After a lot of searching this one was by far the best deal I think you could find for a nice brand with ceramic. Sure you can get less expensive look a-likes but I'd rather spend a little more now and not have to replace/repair it as soon. I looked into plastic resin colored stainless and silicone and saw repeated complaints on all of them- plastic breaks quickly silicone discolors and colored metal flakes and scratches though they all said they looked nice to start with. The ceramic should not have a problem with that as it is much stronger. I am also allergic to nickel. I don't usually have a problem with most stainless watches except with cheaper ones or if the coating flakes off I get irritation under the band. While this still has SS clasp and case backing the overall amount touching my skin is less and therefore decreases my chances of reacting to it even further. And the higher quality should help.
I love it. I will update if it has any problems I don't expect. I just need to get a couple of links removed. I'm very happy with the purchase and it arrived so fast I'm impressed by the seller. I would definitely buy from them again.More detail ...
